Terms of sale

These terms govern the sale of official kits and merchandising of the Escuela de Fútbol Paquete U.D. football school through efpaqueteud.es. By confirming an order, the buyer states that they have read and accepted them. They apply together with the legal notice, the privacy policy and the shipping and returns page.

Shop owner

ROTULOS Y EVENTOS JEREZ SL, Spanish tax number B22591242, registered address Calle Parque Alto, Primera Fase, 24, 11408 Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), Spain, recorded in the Cádiz Companies Register, email administracion@rotulosjerez.com. It is the company that runs the official shop of the Escuela de Fútbol Paquete U.D. football school at efpaqueteud.es.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros with VAT included. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before the order is confirmed and itemised separately in the summary. Quantity prices are applied automatically according to the units in the cart. In the event of an obvious pricing error, the buyer will be informed before dispatch and may cancel the order free of charge.

Orders

An order is placed by pressing “Confirm order” in the last step of the checkout. A summary email is sent, and the purchase is accepted once payment is confirmed. If a product turns out to be unavailable after ordering, an equivalent product or a full refund of its price will be offered.

Payment methods

Payment by credit or debit card and by Bizum is accepted through the Redsys virtual POS. Card details are entered directly on the bank gateway, with strong customer authentication (3D Secure), and never pass through this shop.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped to addresses within Spain for a single shipping fee shown at checkout, or collected free of charge at the club, Monday to Friday, 17:00 to 20:30. Delivery times shown are carrier estimates and are not a commitment to deliver on a given date. Details are on the shipping and returns page.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. Simply email administracion@rotulosjerez.com quoting the order number and return the products unused, with their labels and original packaging. The buyer bears the cost of the return unless the product arrived faulty or does not match the order. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Garments personalised with a name, number or other elements at the buyer’s request are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act.

Warranty

Products carry the three-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by Spanish consumer law. If an item has a manufacturing defect it is replaced or refunded, with the seller bearing transport costs. The guarantee does not cover wear from use or damage caused by washing or care other than as indicated on the label.

Sales to teams, supporters’ clubs and businesses

Purchases made in the course of a professional or associative activity do not benefit from the right of withdrawal or the consumer guarantee regime; they are governed by the conditions agreed for each order and by the Spanish Commercial Code.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute with a consumer falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer’s place of residence. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Before taking any other route, please write to us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
